  1. Proprietary Content: Images, photographs, and digital assets privately owned, commissioned, or legally controlled by the Soudavar Memorial Foundation. All rights to these materials are expressly reserved by the Foundation.
  2. Open Access and Creative Commons: High-resolution images and digital media sourced from open-access repositories, public archives, and museum collections.
